Dr. Robinson and his staff took excellent care of me. I really appreciate the fact that he consulted with me, in his office, before and after my examination. He took the time to find out what my concerns were and then he took more time to discuss how we would proceed with my treatment. I did not feel like I was being rushed and I felt like he had my best interests at heart instead of me just being a source of income. Dr. Robinson and his staff took excellent care of me. Dr. Robinson is an excellent doctor. He has been my doctor for the last 15 years and delivered my daughter. I have always been satisfied with his service as well as the service and care of his nurses. I highly recommend him to women that are in need of an OB.

I was referred to this office. I made an appointment with Dr. Robinson about a month ago. Within 2 weeks after scheduling, a secretary called and said she had an appointment for me. When I asked about the previous one, she said she had no record of it. Yesterday, I got a call from them again asking to reschedule because apparently, the doctor took the day I was scheduled for off. The earliest they can get me in AGAIN is another month from now. The least they could have done was offer to squeeze me in sooner, but no. Now I have to wait yet another month or go to another gynecologist. Also, my boss already approved that day off so now I have to explain the situation to her and hope she doesn't give me an issue in changing the day of my appointment, which she would have to approve of and sign all over again (this is an issue at my place of work).
