Very nice visit,everyone was pleasant and professional.

Great doctor, great bedside manner. He's seen my whole family now for one thing or another! Wouldn't go to anyone else!

So my daughter was very fussy and we took her to urgent care. She has the ear tubes put in. I was told she had an ear infection and also swelling in her ear. Surgery was on the 8th, urgent care appointment was on the 18th. I told the lady at the office what was going on, she had the nerve to tell me I was wrong and should of bought her there first. HOW can I bring her there if I keep being told they don't have any appointments!!! They scheduled my daughter a week out, knowing that she is in pain and something is wrong. You didn't treat me like that before she had surgery here!! Never again. This is why I told my husband to take her to Charlotte for surgery to begin with. Excellent. I saw 2 doctors 4 times for hoarseness and was told it was either upper respiratory infection or sinus problems and nothing they could do. This went on for 2 1/2 months. It got to the point I couldn’t talk without hurting. I finally took my self to Dr. Dyce (a different town from where I lived) and he immediately did a scope and found a large growth in my vocal cord. Mystery solved!! I will be having surgery soon. This is the second time where Dr. Dyce solved a problem for me that other doctors brushed off on me. And if Dr. Dyce can’t solve he will send you to someone he knows can. Thank you Dr. Dyce!

He was examined me and then his phone ring and he just walked out to me that is very unprofessional,staff has a bad attitude.

Dr.Dyce is AMAZING!!!! My son has been having allergy problems for years, and his doctors never suggested or tried anything different. When I found Dr. Dyce he made changes in our life for the best. He removed my son tonsils and he feels better, sleeps better, and breathes better. We genuinely love Dr. Dyce and his sweet staff.

Dr. Dyce and his medical staff are the most disrespectful individuals I have come across. I'm also in the healthcare field and I have never seen so much lack of compassion for his patients. My daughter in law had the worst experience from start to finish with this group of medical staff. I hope this reaches others before making a decision to use him as their ENT. Please get a second opinion!!!

All I can say is I am so thankful for Dr Dyce and his staff. They really took care of me . I have had throat problems for over a year and only when I went to him over a course of a few months he got me straight and he listened. I’m so thankful for all of them . Not saying the other places where bad in any kinda way but I know God has given this man a gift and he is putting it to great use . So if u have any concerns I hope this helps you. I don’t think you will find a better place to go. I cannot say how thankful I am for this Dr and his staff and Miss Gloria she is the bomb too. But if she tells you something you better listen. I could not have gone to a better place or received better care. They are tops in my book. All I can say is I am so thankful for Dr Dyce and his staff. They really took care of me . Dr. Dice has really been a great miracle to my family! We found him and his staff to be very well educated and caring people. Many other doctors had written us off but they found the issues and solved them permanently.
