My mom has been having problems swallowing for a long time. Dr. Boone clearly looked at the same ultrasound that we looked at and he said there was nothing WRONG! Well her ultrasound shows she has numerous colloid cysts on her thyroid along with an enlarged thyroid. He was very dismissive towards my mom & very very rude. He’s very unprofessional & a disgrace to the medical field. Everyone beware going to the hartsville office.

Dr. Boone and the nurses were kind. However, it seems like they have one call center managing all of their locations. So appointments, medicine refills, etc. handled by only a few people for ten offices? It has not been a good experience for me so far in that regard.
