I have to save that Carolina pines ER staff on 11-10-21 from 8:30 until around midnight we’re amazing to my dad.. The dr and all the nurses and staff were amazing I didn’t get all there names but we couldn’t have asked for better care..they did everything possible before just sending us back home and I appreciate everything they done…you always hear so much negative lately and I just had to share some positive I am so thankful that we received such good care for my dad it truly means the world when you can tell people truly care about what they do for a living
I had to take my daughter in tonight for abdominal pain, fever and vomiting and the staff here were phenomenal-all the way from the greeter-the check in staff-the triage nurse and all the nurses and PA. RN Brittany and RN Sherill along with PA Ashley and the staff in CT treated my daughter with excellent bedside manner and compassion. They explained everything to her before doing anything making sure to get her comfortable with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and are very appreciative of them.
I was in the ER Saturday. I was seen in less than 10 minutes. I don't remember the names of everyone that saw me but they were outstanding. The NP that was working in the ER all the nurses as well as radiology who took me for a CT scan. After my tests came back I was still in pain but I was treated until I was pain free.I'd like to see Carolina Pines expand. I needed an egd but I was told that they don't have a gi doctor. I was treated better at Carolina Pines than I have been at McLeod or even my family doctor. I can't say enough about the staff at Carolina Pines. Excellent thank you
the doctor did a great job on my surgery and the nurses were very nice there
We only had to visit the outpatient lab. It was quick and painless.
Made a physical therapy appt for my scoliosis after seeing Dr. Hey in Raleigh. He was requiring Schroth method for PT on scoliosis. I was trying to get exercises after first visit specific to Scroth method and all I got were exercises I was already doing from physical therapist Harriet. The second visit still no exercises specific to Scroth. It was frustrating and maddening that I wasted two visits. Then PT manager calls me on phone and says I need to find another PT because I was rude to Harriet. Guess patients have no rights or input in their treatment. I can see why most patients seek treatment at McLeod Health.
These jackals like all the others. Doctors don't care anymore thanks to the Gov.
It's understandable that we can't sit in the emergency room dure to covid, but at least they can have security to drive thru every now and then to make sure no one is lurking around in the dark . I been told by two people that the security ride thru been here two hour haven't seen one yet.
I was there tonight with my daughter and my nurse named Demeka was an angel in disguise. She was a breathe of fresh air while visiting the ER. I believe my Doctors name was Amber and she was also very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’m not sure why the rating are so low for this hospital but my intimate experiences with the staff and treatment has been good. I thank God for anointing each and everyone that treats us with so much love and patience. I pray that each of the staff are covered with the blood if Jesus and continue to treat and heal the sick.
My 19 yr old daughter recently had gallbladder surgery at CPRMC. Days before surgery, we were there for scans on two different occasions. Each time, our visit was very pleasant. From admissions to Kim and JR in radiology, everyone was so professional and attentive to her needs! On the day of surgery, she was super nervous, but everyone who took care of her was amazing!! The nurses in outpatient surgery kept her calm and comfortable and dealt with every issue she had post op like champs (Jeff and Lily were angels, as well as Dr. Dameron and the anesthesiology team). CPRMC, unlike larger hospitals around, attends to patients one on one...making it personal. It means a lot when you do not feel like you are just a number being pushed through for routine procedures!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
