William Long's Online Review Report Card

I moved to this office about a year ago and I have had issues with just about each visit! My prescriptions were not sent to my pharmacy for almost a month and a half. I had to keep calling to see if it had been done. This happened twice.

He did a wonderful job on my knee very professional and his staff is a great help. Thank you do much Dr. Long, no more pain.

I Never got a visit. Evidently, Self Pay was not a option. So Sad, That Some Self Pay Patients, Pay in Cash. Can anyone recommend me to a Doctor, Since My Doctor has Retired?

Awful experience with dr and his nurse mainly

Went to see him for my second visit and at visit everything was okay but he never put in for my medicine refill and had to call three different times and nurses was rude and days after my medicine was suppose to be refilled and never got refilled and nurse has not been back in contact and nothing has been fixed so in process of looking for new dr bc nurse got rude with me on phone and left problem unfixed and haven't heard from anyone since

This doctor is one of the best doctors of any specialty you could encounter. He has many awards, has written many books and has been a speaker several medical topics worldwide, but he is like you best friend and really cares. He or his staff always get back to you promptly. His sense of humor is remarkable for a doctor of his status. Always makes his patients comfortable and able to laugh at himself. He did a trifecta on me and my husband. Two total knee replacements and a minor surgery on my husband's knee. He has the dry kind of British humor (he's Canadian) that is great at making a doctor visit a joy.

Dr. Long is a wonderful doctor! His staff is wonderful as well!

Poor communication. Called six times asking for a prescription refill and Shameka said she would call back. Never did. Even left a message with Shannon. Still no returned call. Lack of respect and professionalism.

Dr Long is a wonderful doctor and person! His staff is not! I was accused of saying things I did not say I was upset after the 3rd time driving 30 miles to pick up my prescriptions and I did let staff know they where not doing their jobs! I never in no kind of way used language I was accused of and never got to talk to him about it! I had been a patient 7 years at that time. I hate it happened because it’s hard to find a good doctor that you like but when he is only told one side and never ask mine I had no choice but to move on! I thought he knew me better then that I have morals and values unlike that new helper and new staff member he had recently hired but I know by now he probably has seen it for himself!!! Did not have a great experience at Manhattan Dermatology. Went for an earlobe repair surgery, and on the day I arrived for the consultation there was a discrepancy in the price that I was given over the phone versus what I was told in person. The staff at the front desk seemed to have no idea what was going on. Once Dr. Long arrived for the consult, he was super awkward and in my opinion he had less than sub par bedside manor. I will say that he did a good job with the actual procedure. But when I arrived to have my ear repierced I encountered another episode of a poor expierence at this practice when the doctors assistant asked for the earring I would like them to use. No one informed me that I was to bring an earring. Dr Long came in and told me "we assume people know to bring their own earring". He then said "I just want to confirm the piercing was not included in the price of the repair". I told him that the front desk told me it was included. Long story short the front desk has not a clue what is going on and neither does Dr. long. I was unhappy with my treatment, especially since this procedure was paid for out of pocket since insurance does not cover it.
