Gwozdz Christina's Online Review Report Card

Disrespectful and dismissive. I have tried to get an appointment with Dr Gwozdz for over a month. Meanwhile I have suffered from vertigo, nausea, dizziness, and life-threatening falls. Her ignorant office staff keeps coming up with additional medical records requests, before scheduling an appointment. I have authorized multiple records requests which Gwozdz’s office seems to lose. I even drove across town to tape a letter pleading for some concern and an appointment. I got a rude call from her assistant (MK), who once again dreamed up yet another medical record request. As I review other ratings, I see this is a systemic trademark of the Gwozdz incompetence dynasty. STAY AWAY.

Came to the island for vacation and impacted my ear. Called and was told they could help, but not for three days. Got a call two hours later asking if I could come right in. They took me and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The whole staff was very helpful and Dr Gwozdz was waiting in the Dr office to get me in and out. Great experience!

I would like to thank Dr. Gwozdz and her assistant Dedra. I was told by my previous ENT that I had conductive hearing loss and there was nothing he could do about it. After visiting Dr. G she took a look in my ears and told me I needed ear tubes and that would restore my hearing. Sure enough it did, Since the surgery my hearing has improved SO much. Believe it or not I'm able to hold conversation with others with making them repeat their words. Again Thank you for the help.

Awesome experience, surgery and follow up with Dr. Gwodz and her staff. Very professional and great results. Highly recommend.

Did not listen to me but rather just wanted to do a lot of needless test and prescribed a drug that is not even for any ENT issues you even have to sign a waiver because the drug is not for this purpose

So unhappy with this place. I wish I could leave 0 stars. The doctor was so unfriendly, she didn’t smile at all or seem interested in the pain I was having- more annoyed that she had to even take a patient. She asked what was the concern and once I told her she spent 3 seconds looking in both my ears and diagnosed me with TMJ. She charged me $130 for a “procedure” which consisted of taking a small bit of ear wax out of my ear in addition $245 for a physicians service. She never told me that taking out a little ear wax was going to be a huge increase in my bill. She should make her patients aware of this. When I called to get some clarification on why I was charged so much money, the receptionist said she would speak with the doctor but that she knows she won’t reverse any of the charges. She said she would call me back to let me know. I was NEVER called back! I don’t mind on charge or the other but to charge for two things when one of them she never vocalized would be additional monies or if I even wanted her to do it was extremely frustrating. Not getting a call back when I was told I would was also frustrating. She was NEVER recommended when I asked around on who I should see for the pain. Now I know why! I needed immediate care and went to the first doctor available regardless. I wish I had never gone to her it was a terrible experience. Do not go here!!!!!!!!

I needed a replenish on some medical supplies for a trip- they would not release let the company release the supplies b/c they required a consultation. Why should i pay for a consultation that will cost me money for them to release a cpap mask and hose? If their staff wasnt so bad the first time around i would have no issue with it but they truly dont know how to run a business.

i went for a check on my septum b/c ive been snoring- ended up needing a sleep study- it was a 3 month process that in actuality should have taken a month. I had to constantly call to make sure things were getting sent- i have still not gotten an estimate for my septum surgery that i had requested. I was also charged the wrong amount for my copay after i insisted it was incorrect. I would hate to see how the office handles any type of emergency. You can be the best doctor in the world but if you dont know how to run a business or your office staff doesn't then you should not have your own practice.

Staff was wonderful and realized I needed to be seen sooner than available appointment. Saw Dr. who treated bad infection and offered several helpful steps to address issue immediately. Could not be happier with care and concern I received there.

The good doctor knows her stuff. She was able to help me breath again through my nose. She listens to you and gives the best course of action.
