The management and administration of this office is abysmal. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. It’s truly a shame because the doctor himself was a true professional. I visited the office in July 2020; they asked me to pre-pay for my orthotics (which I did). Despite being immediately reimbursed by my insurance company, they have yet to refund my payment after nine months. I’ve called for months asking for a status update and have been continuously told the billing person is “away” and will call me. Nine months later and I’m still waiting. This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever dealt with.

Excellent physician. Patient in hearing my explanation of symptoms and thoughtful in how to proceed. Made him self accessible should I have any concerns over the weekend. Staff is great as well. Helpful in squeezing me in considering my current level of pain. Nice office space and convenient to be able to park right in front of the office.

Just a heads up, this office requires payment at time of service and will file insurance for you. However, Medicare plus supplemental insurance will not come close to reimbursing your payment. My fault for not asking ahead of making the appointment, but, in fairness we have never been asked for up front payment from any other doctor. Dr. Kostylo was nice enough, I just felt duped. I have found another podiatrist.

Dr Kostylo was able to resolve my problem and he treated me with patience and respect. I asked several questions and he did not make me feel rushed. My scheduled appointment was timely. I would go to him again and I have recommended him to others.

Dr. Kostylo is an excellent podiatrist and has taken good care of my foot for several months. He's cost-conscious about prescription drugs and offers lower cost solutions when possible. A nice guy, too. Don't often look forward to seeing a doctor -- but Dr. K is an exception. Highest recommendation.
