My visit was fine. Except after speaking with Dr. Mitchell and making a decision on my path of treatment she neglected to write it on my chart and never called the Rx in. I have placed 4 calls and still haven’t received a call back.

Dr. Mitchel would not see me or write a script for an anti biotic. She would rather I go to the ER and be exposed to COVID. After years at this practice I will find a more energetic, pro health doctor. If you want to stay healthy---find a new doctor.
