Was referred to this group by my primary dr after a 3 mo infection - on 11/29 - I called and left 2 voicemails - on 11/29 and 11/30. Today, 12/16 I got a call from them to book an appt. They have nothing available until January. Unbelievable! I was about to go the ER on 11/30 when I was able to get into the ENT ( another referral) that day. I was told I had one of the worst sinus infections he had seen in years . There seems to be no urgency here at all

After multiple calls to Dr. Burnaugh regarding a positive covid-19 diagnosis, NO RESPONSE!!! I wouldn't take or refer my worst enemy to this facility or "provider".

My son is a patient of this "doctor" and can't even get a call back from them. He suffers from asthma and is currently positive for covid-19. Although he treated my parents when they were alive, I would love recommend anyone to use him.

Spent $50 copay and he kept me waiting for almost 2 hours. All this for a 7 minute discussion. He never examined me. This should have been done over the telephone.

Dr. Burnaugh was 1:45 minutes late seeing me for my appointment and I paid a $50 copay. He spent a total of 7 minutes with me just to tell me where to go for my cpap machine. He never examined me. He could have done this entire thing over a quick phone call. I will never go back.

He is one on the most sincere, authentic and caring physicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He has treated my family including my two adult children. I could never say enough to truly represent his level of care that is so appreciated by so many.

RUN do not walk from Dr. Burnaugh. His treatment of our mother and family was horrendous. He is arrogant. He is unkind. He does not listen but demands respect. Terrible experience.
