Dr Spires is extremely dedicated to his patients which is the best quality in a doctor. He takes his time to explain your health issues. He gives you his complete attention to make sure you understand everything. I was very comfortable and appreciative for his caring bedside manner.

Dr. Spires had a lengthy discussion with me regarding some questions and issues that I had. His responses were thoughtful as he described in detail the pros and cons of different approaches. I felt that he was genuinely concerned and wanted me to have as much information as possible to make my decision. He seems well read and has a comfortable bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Spires had a very positive way about him and made me feel very comfortable. My situation is not the most ideal and unlike other experiences I had with negativity towards me during a very hard time Dr. Spires was a light that I needed. Most women will most likely look for a female dr in this area, and I'm telling you he is the one you want! Overall the whole staff and experience was great! I usually dread making my next appointment but I don't feel this way moving forward.

Had my second visit with Dr. Spires this week and I think he is one of my favorites. His bedside manner is great, he is very thorough and very good at taking the time to explain things in detail, to make sure any questions you may have is answered.
