List of Samantha Cater's Reviews
Dr. Carter is very knowegable, professional, and "as sweet as can be"! We love her.
Dr. Carter saw me in a timely manner. She was personable, friendly, and really put my mind at ease. It was evident that she is passionate about what she does. I really liked her!
I had three appointments with Dr. Carter. She had "NO CLUE" what my skin issue was, nor did two of her colleagues, whom she asked to look at my rash and consult with her. Went to another dermatologist who looked at my skin condition and diagnosed it correctly as 'Spider Angioma' in about 30 seconds. I will not be returning to Dr. Carter or any other doc in the same practice. Please consider some other dermatologist.
Extremely knowledgeable you immediately feel comfortable with her ability to diagnose and treat your problem. I have been to see her for various issues and never failed to be impressed.
I needed more info than what she was offering. When I returned a week later to get stitches out, they forgot about me in the waiting room. When I went to the check in desk and said I am leaving, the girl promised me I would be next and apologized for over looking me. Well, I was not next and I finally walked out after over an hour sitting in the waiting room and took my stitches out, at home. My time is just as valuable as any doctors. I will not be intimidated by a doctor.
I've had several appointments with Dr. Carter for removal of Basal Cell Carcinoma moles over the last few years. The office has been efficiently managed with minimal waiting and a friendly professional manner. Dr. Carter has taken time when needed to explain things and offer suggestions. The only issues I've had are 1) Dr. Carter keeps booked about 4-6 weeks out, and 2) Sometimes the amount charged at the visit is incorrect - either over or short. This is likely more related to insurance issues, though. It was always resolved promptly when needed.
in and out quick... felt rushed by doctor to get out, but overall real nice. check out TERRIBLE!!! Wrong deductible (wonder how many times they get away with that) and didn't take discover but demanded full payment at window. made me feel like I couldn't leave till I came up with $200+ right then and there. when they can't even get your benefits right, makes you question the billing amount they need right then. may not go back because of poor office staff.
I had a mole removed by Dr. Carter. I was nervous but felt very at ease with her. The numbing shot didn't even hurt. I barely felt it. I can hardly tell where the mole was now. . She will look your whole body over for moles so be ready to have all of your skin looked at.
Very nice, down to earth. Great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable. Does not try to sell you on anything. I highly recommend.
I really liked Dr. Carter. I was a little nervous about having my skin looked at all over but she made me feel very comfortable. So did her nurses. She spent a lot of time explaining things to me and gave me handouts that said everything that she had explained.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
