One of the worst doctors I've ever worked with in terms of bedside manner, follow-up care, and doing the bare minimum of her job like explaining bloodwork and diagnoses. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this practice at all costs. Their front desk staff is normally rude and was unable and unwilling to send necessary paper work despite multiple calls and reminders. They didn’t answer their phones for weeks last year so prescriptions couldn’t be refilled. I suffer from endometriosis and was eventually treated with a laparoscopy. The road to receive treatment was upsetting and long. My severe and debilitating symptoms were normalized and dismissed by the providers here and my quality of life was low at only 19 years old. I went to appointment after appointment with insane wait times and experienced no relief of pain. After 6 months of tirelessly advocating for myself, I was forced to bring my mother with me to my appointment and was finally taken seriously and offered a laparoscopy to diagnose and treat my condition. I find this ridiculous. On the day of the surgery, my family and I spent 8 hours waiting in the hospital, hooked up to an IV, and even given drugs to prep me for surgery, only for Dr. Sutherland to come tell me it might be better to reschedule since she had to get back to the office. No one should have to go through this. Do yourself a favor and find doctors who will wholeheartedly respect your body and time, offer you the most effective treatment, listen to your concerns, and are compassionate. You will not find that here.Update 2 years post surgery with this office- The laparoscopy to treat my endometriosis turned out to be only a short term fix, as this office performs ablation (burning) of endometriosis. Gynecologists who are educated in the sustainable and effective treatment of endometriosis will excise (cut). I underwent a laparoscopy from expert excision surgeon, Dr. Christopher Lipari in Jacksonville, FL, where he found MULTIPLE additional areas of endometriosis (Stage 2), adhesions, cysts, adhesions covering the ends of my tubes, and areas where Dr. Blusewicz had ablated, but not fully treated, my endometriosis. They also found two hernias.I am appalled and disgusted by the dismissive and uninformed nature of my treatment by Dr. Blusewicz and Dr. Sutherland. I genuinely have medical trauma from trying to convince these people that I had endometriosis and to perform a laparoscopy. It’s so terribly sad that not all gynecologists are educated on endometriosis, which affects 1 in 10 women.

I will begin by saying I THOUGHT this office was decent. I was very wrong. In 2019 I was having an annual pap/testing which I was told would be covered under my insurance and it apparently wasn't. Two months ago I went in for my annual pap/testing again, this time I only had a co-pay? I then had to have a biopsy done as I had abnormal cells. This was a traumatic experience. The nurse informed me my BP was high, yet, they proceeded without giving me a moment to just breathe. Dr. Blusewiczs did this procedure and while I can say she was nice, she wasn't patient or gentle. The moment she was done I sat up and nearly fainted-She looked at me walked out of the room, I didn't see her again. You would think she would care for her patients. I was then faced with a $192 bill without warning. This place is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. They are money hungry- their procedures are $200+ more in cost than others. ANDthey tried to charge $25 for MY records and they said it was the SC law. LIES.

Dr. Blusewicz is an amazing doctor.. I live in Atlanta but would make the drive to see her again. She has a wonderful bed side manner! I had the honor of training with her on a new treatment and she was kind, thorough, and informative. I would recommend her to anyone!

Very unprofessional practice !!!! The husband who manage the practice knows nothing and just money hungry. The Bluffton office has lazy and rude people working there. They don’t care about their patients all they care about is how much money u spend. If u spend a lot of money u will get better treatment and they get skipped ahead of patients who were already waiting 45 min to and hour. If your looking for fair treatment this is not the practice. Not to mention they don’t answer the phones or call u back about your refills or results. Not a honest practice !!!!!

Absolutely love all the doctors there especially Blueswick been going there for over 12 years they helped me through so much from pcos infertility to a emergency c section HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED small thing is they run behind a lot so never expect to be seen on time but it's a gyno lots of emergencies yet when you need a emergency apt last min they will always find room for you so I'll deal with it love all 3 docs

I have always had great experiences with all the doctors. everyone is amazing there they are so welcoming and go above and beyond to help whatever it is that you need. I would definitely recommend them! I recently got a hydro facial it was amazing and got some other things😉 over at the spa they all do a wonderful job!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! I I visited this practice twice. My first experience was ok so I decided to visit again, huge mistake! The visit was completely rushed and not informative. I was given a very aggressive pelvic exam and after doing so an ultrasound prob was inserted without warning. I was completely caught off guard and not given an option as to if I wanted it. I presented to the practice with a ultrasound that I just had a week prior and gave it to her. After the exam she rushed through her findings with very minimal details not leaving much time for me to express my feelings, thoughts or concerns. After rushing out the door I’m left feeling violated and very confused as to what just happened. No one comes in with a visit summary or anything. Minutes later a nurse comes and says “oh you can check out upfront” where I’m now presented with bill for a ultrasound that I didn’t consent too. Being a health care provider myself this is not acceptable patient care. Very upsetting.
