I visited for a regular check up. The doctor read the blood work report and that was it. I had been in to see him with heart conditions and also a skin rash. He never asked about either of those to follow up on their status. Very impersonal and disconnected. I would have been better off getting the test results and googling the numbers myself. Will not be back.

I saw Dr Roberts when my doctor was out of the office. He treated me for a cold & saw that I was due for cholesterol bloodwork. He told me to come back and get bloodwork the next week and follow up with my doctor. I couldn't do bloodwork the following week. A couple months later I called to refill my sleep medication and it had been cancelled. I called to see why and Dr Roberts called Walgreens to cancel it since I didn't get bloodwork! He isn't my doctor & wasn't treating me for sleep disorder!

His bedside manner is not good

I had a serious medical issue that needed follow up; however I was attending the police academy so my availability for appointments was limited. Dr. Roberts would not work with my schedule to see me because I was a "complicated case" and when I was able to move around my schedule, he still didn't have time to see me. I am therefore changing primary care physicians. Also, I felt he did not do a great job at explaining things to me and misdiagnosed a condition. His bedside manner is poor.

I've been to Dr. Roberts for about 3 or 4 visits. I'm searching for a good primary care doctor. He's not personable and seemed to be quick to refer me to other avenues of treatment. The last two visits, he left the room without acknowledgement when I still had questions. I was not impressed and am searching for another doctor.

Dr. Roberts and staff have GREAT bedside manners. Lots of concern and care! Dr. Roberts leaves nothing out and will help you find other help is need be. He listens to you too!! His staff is approachable and will even wipe your tears if need be. I recommend you all to Dr. Roberts and his staff.

Helpfulness and good approachability are not his way. The doctor approachable is very poor. He is rude, arrogant and not much of knowledge.
