The staff were unprofessional. When I questioned why I was not getting the procedure my Dr requested I was scoffed at. The staff had taken it upon themselves to change the procedure my Dr ordered to a lesser procedure even though the procedure my Dr ordered was approved by insurance company and deeded to meet Federal Medicare guidelines as well as Medicaid guidelines for appropriateness for the diagnosis. The manager defended the staff using a reasoning that even the staff did not use. It is sad when a technician is willing to practice medicine without a license and even the boss does not see a problem with it.

I have had many MRIs, but never treated so bad by the women with this one...the muscles in my hand were moving and I was unaware of that. after she placed a weight on my wrist the test was preformed again without any communication and she tried it three times until I was having a panic attack 20 min. test turned to 50 min. I was shaking so bad .No compassion, didn't ask how I was.i had just had knee surgery 5 days prior...never offered to help me off table...very unprofessional...I have went to the other locations with NO ISSUES...

Palmetto Imaging - Irmo gave me such a great experience. I was nervous headed into my imaging and the Radiology Tech, Kevin provided so much care and comfort. He took the time to explain everything, made conversation to keep my mind at ease and showed so much compassion. Kevin is an amazing and kind person. Thank you so much, Kevin for making a terrifying experience palatable.
