Dr.Mill is excellent, I can’t say the same for the nursing staff. They are not friendly or compassionate and makes children feel uncomfortable. As a Nurse myself I recommend her nurses find a new job. It’s takes patience to be a pediatric nurse very disappointed

Nurse's and Staff aren't always the friendliest. Front desk doesn't greet you as you enter the door, some of the nursing staff treat you like a number and act like they don't want to be there. My teenager was left in the hallway told to go pee in a cup and left with no proper instruction (her first time). Other teenager went for a checkup and referral and it's been 3 weeks and no call with a referral back to the next doctor. Called the referral and nurse line and no call back still after a week. Very dissatisfied and will be moving on!

Absolutely impressed with every staff member here so far. Family, friends and coworkers referred me to Palmetto Pediatrics in Irmo and Lexington. I can speak for Irmo and say that they have so far gone above and beyond in getting my daughter seen so quickly to get her meds. Front desk, nurses and the pediatrician were all great. So polite, caring and professional!! Thank you all for your hard work!!

I absolutely love Palmetto Peds 😍 Dr Rollins is the best, I love her, the kids love her. Visits are always easy and straight to the point!!

I moved to South Carolina very young a single mom with two children, so I was very weary in were to establish care for my children. Until giving Palmetto Peds a chance. There staff is great and in my opinion Dr. Rollins is the best!!! She explains really well, is very attentive and her interaction with children and the parents make you feel like she gels right in with your family. I would highly recommended and have recommended Dr. Rollins to a number of ppl. Hope this review helps ease a lot of minds and gives good insight : ) to where you family’s care should be.
