He's a very nice person, we never quite used his concierge service enough to justify the big bucks we spent, and when i had bronchitis he treated me in person, in the parking lot, yes fall of 2021, but I was negative for covid. I'm sorry it was just weird. 4 shots but never mind.

Dr. Book cares for my in laws. He is a great physician and a kind, comforting presence in the face of the many healthcare issues aging people face. I strongly recommend this practice.

Dr. Book is always interested in keeping me and my wife healthy. If he has any concerns during a visit he will set up a needed test. He always follows up to get the results and calls us. He is easy to reach during or after office hours.

Dr. Book is an amazing doctor and caring person, he treats the whole person. He is responsive and a great listener, attuned to patients needs. He provides the best care for my husband who has a long term degenerative disease. He is always on top of everything we need to do. I could not imagine tackling my husband’s condition without his caring support.

Excellent, as always. I have been a patient of Dr Book since 2001. He is thorough, answers all my questions with patience and has always taken time to check in on my treatment with my specialists. Over the years I have developed more respect for his strong interest in knowing his patients well and being the basis for all my other medical care.

Dr. Book is one of the finest physicians in the area. Ask anybody who lives on Kiawah. I've heard many stories about how he went over and above for them. I drive nearly an hour to see Dr. Book and pay the annual MD/VIP fee, because I feel totally confident in his care. I know he will always be available when needed. Most of all, he is thorough, and acts as a quarterback to manage/direct all facets of a patient's care. As one ages, this becomes even more important. Highly recommended.
