I have been a patient for 4+ years and have a long history of Basel and squamous cell cancers. Dr. Warren has been instrumental in helping me avoid more MOS surgeries. He also recently helped me with a serious case of “inner ear” shingles. Great experience based treatment.

Always get a good thorough examstays on top of spots with pictures. Staff seems pleasant and the office is clean and neat. My wife and mother also see him on a regular basis.

Incredible Doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He is incredibly experienced and our family trusts him explicitly. Highly recommend.

I love Dr Warren. My husband and I both trust him so much. He is a caring doctor and will find your problem. He is very knowledgeable. He takes his time with you and he is thorough.I highly recommend him.

I just left my first appointment and felt I need to write a review. Dr. Warren was very attentive and thorough with my concerns and took the time to explain everything which I greatly appreciate when finding a good doctor. Instead of just quickly glancing barely explaining and calling in a prescription Dr. Warren will take his time with you. Also the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you to each of you

I hate the fact that I even have to rate this unprofessional place 1 star but I must in order to warn potential clients. It I could rate a zero I would My appointment today was for a check up to make sure that all looked well and that I had no spots on my skin that needed attention. The appointment was for 840 AM and I was on time for that. There was another man waiting when I got there as well. After sitting 15 minutes I asked the receptionist about the schedule as I needed to be back home a little after 930. This would not have been an issue if I was taken on time. The receptionist said they were down by one nurse but that I should be seen soon. I asked the gentleman in the office what time his appointment was for and he said it was for 820. So he had been waiting for 40 minutes That was my experience the first time I came to this second rate office and was a reason why I was pretty ticked today. Not to mention the tv in the waiting room was on playing the same obnoxious song over and over because no one had pushed play to get the Christmas music going He said “great after we leave here we will need a psychiatrist LOL After waiting 10 minutes for the receptionist to fix it and nothing happening I asked here again and she FINALLY fixes it so we can have some peace while we wait to long in the waiting room. Once it is my turn the nurse takes me back and asks me why I am there. After telling her I have a few spots on my face I am concerned with she explains that I can have the upper body checked but there is no time for a full body check. I said that would be fine it there was just one spot on the side of my leg I was concerned about. My point in saying it was that if he had a second to just consider that one spot along with the upper body check. She has me take off my dress and put on a gown open to the back. Again I wait about 10 minutes. When the doctor finally breezed in he asked about the spot on my leg he took 2 seconds to look at it and says I have something for that and quickly leaves. The nurse comes back a few minutes later with some tubes of cream. She could see the confused look on my face so I said when is he coming back to check the upper body. Her reaction was that he could do that but there are 4 patients ahead of me or I could reschedule and come back. That is when I flipped out I will NEVER go back there and would NEVER give a reference for this waste of a time office

I am ashamed of this practice. Dr. Warren himself is knowledgeable and nice however stay away because they do not operate in a professional manner at all. I liked the convenience since we are on Johns Island but if you also live on Johns Island do yourself a favor and drive a little further to be sure you deal with professional staff. My daughter is two years old. Suffering from a rash in tears and desperately needed her prescription. The receptionist says Yeah the nurses are in a room with a patient Ill give them the message I said ok but tell them its urgent. She replies back ok they will have it sent before the end of the day. For one she needed it called in right away which I wouldnt think would take a terribly long time but heres the thing they never did it. I called and of course they werent there because they dont have normal business hours. I never received a call back. Called back the next day same thing. The prescription was never sent and they still have not called back. If they choose not to have normal business hours fine but as a medical practice you need an after hours line OR AT THE LEAST RETURN URGENT MESSAGES. Dr. Warrens office caused my baby to suffer. No compassion or professionalism. I definitely do not recommend.

Lazy complacent and poor service. The staff their would be better off working in an ice cream truck. Lack of care and concern for patients was clearly made evident when my 2 year old wasn’t given medication for a serious skin issue. Medication that was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy from this office was never sent because staff their was too lazy to get off their butt and do any work. Stay away

I had a great experience with Dr. Warren and his staff.

Ive been a patient for years but Im moving on. In 1016 I made an appointment for a on check up 6517. Late May I take a new job with a start date of 6517 and I call to reschedule. They couldnt reschedule me at that time would call if theres a cancellation. Months go by and they dont call so I call back. I get an appointment for 12518. I dont record it but call during biz hours on 12318 to check leave voicemail. No calls on 124. I call back on 125. Yep its in 15 mins. Nope
