Cynthia Wilberding's Online Review Report Card

ABSOLUTELY the worse Doctor I have ever encountered! She is listed as a doctor of Internal Medicine on the Sentinel website. She did not even know the disease I had and asked me "So what do you want me to do about it?" If she could not treat me, I assumed she would refer me to someone else within the Sentinel system. Really? A medical doctor saying "so what do you want me to do about it?"

IAfter calling office on a Monday & was told I could not see Dr that week. I called again on Friday & was told to come in. Saw Dr & prescription was sent in to pharmacy. Took medicine on Friday & Saturday & it made me so sick that I could not hardly get up from bed. Quit taking medicine & called early Monday morning to have a different medicine sent in to pharmacy was told I would have to leave message with nurse & it would be at the end of the day. Next day still no prescription. Called again & was told their hands were tied & I would have to leave another message with nurse. I am still waiting & I guess I could die before I get my medicine. This is unacceptabe in A health care facility. I would have gave a zero if I could have. This office uswe to be wonderful but now it is the worse & needs to be closed.

Sorry dr .doesn't tell u anything and doesn't listen to what u have to say. Spends hardly no time with u. Just wants the money to see as many patients as she can

I have been seeing Dr. Wilberding as my primary Dr. for 3 years. She listen to my concerns and answer all my questions.

I had researched information related to my diagnosis, and had questions related to treatment. This doctor did not touch me once - not even a handshake. She looked at her chart, told me that the multiple options I asked about couldn't be done (EVERY option) because "I just had to trust that she was the doctor and she knew what she was doing." However, I was charged for a physical exam and three weeks later when I met with my regular physician - her notes were a false account of what occurred.

I agree with one other person who has posted a review. She is the most rude Dr I've ever seen! She got angry with me because I wouldn't take the medication and wanted to try to work with my medical condition without drugs. She claimed to hear a heart murmur to try to scare me after she had been seeing me for a couple of years. Lousy doctor and lousy bedside manner. I'll promise you I'll never darken her door again.

Doctor Wilburding has some huge chip on her shoulder. I'm the almighty doctor and I don't want you to express any opinion of you own health. I tell you how it is & you don't talk. She told me since I ask questions I need to go to another doctor. She knows it all & will not stand to be annoyed by my opinion, she's the almighty doctor & I could listen to her & don't question her or don't come back. She is the rudest most full of herself person I have ever met. All of the other people there were very very nice except for Dr Wilburding. She should really think about listening to someone when they tell her what problems they are having & she doesn't seem to care at all.

Dr. Wilberding is caring a thorough. She takes complaints seriously and has excellent folow up. Her nursing staff is excellent as well, but the front office help is often rude.
