Best place ive ever been and unfortunately Ive been to atleast a dozen if not more over my years but I feel like Im family here. Thanks for all the help yall have given me and never given up on me. Everybody Ive meet there are great but special shoutout to my favs Madison Natalie ElvisTripptripps teamand ofcourse Mrs Janice. By far the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time.Dr. Elvis takes the time to make my family feel like they were the only patients there. My family was truly impressed with your nice clean office and the caring staff the beautiful welcoming smiles and hugs from the staff touches my girls hearts. The community is blessed to have a doctor like you.

Great place wonderful staff make you fell right at home

Being someone who doesn’t like doctors I would have to say Doctor Elvis Tyshauna and his staff have went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable each and every visit. Having chronic sinus issues with a bad flare up normally I would have to wait a month or so to get in to see a specialist but Dr Elvis and Ms Brown called me with an appointment for a in the same week Now I can finally breath And enjoy the nice weather with my family all thanks to the staff. I have finally found an office I don’t mind going to who doesn’t mind working with me with my work schedule the late hours sure do help out I have referred several friends and family members to this office .

After driving for an hour for my appointment I showed up was checked in with a smile and in the exam room within 10 minutes. Mrs Flowers came in and welcomed me since this was my first appointment and was very polite and professional. Dr. Elvis came in and listened to what my issues were and professionally covered my options and provided refills on the current meds I was taking from a previous doctor. He welcomed schedule an appointment with the dentist onsite if I did not already have one. I was unaware of all of the services provided by Hope Health in such a small town.

Dr. Elvis was very open and understanding. I felt no judgement at all from him. Having severe anxiety makes it hard for me to go in to see a new doctor but he didnt make this an uncomfortable experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Elvis and his team.His nurse Alicia was very accommodating The computer in the room was not working so she was running from my room to her desk to take the necessary notes despite it being muggy from the air temporarily not working. She went out of her way to be sure my needs were met and all my information was accounted for.I also met with Natalie Gamble the counselor. She was so sweet and so understanding. When I say I felt zero judgement I mean that 100% I felt like I was talking to my best friend that Id known for years.I would highly recommend this practice. Every person I met that was a part of the staff was friendly and welcoming

My mom had an appointment at 1130 am. They made her wait until 100pm. Unprofessionalism at its best. No excuses please Poor conduct

My mother and I have been patients of Hope Jealth of Kingstree SC for several years . Dr. Reeves and his staff are awesome I have never had a bad experience. My mother and I get the best care from Dr. Reeves. Stephanie and Crystal are always considerate and professional.

They do not consider your time as valuable. I scheduled an appointment only for me to arrive and say that they never had my apointnent in the stsyem rescheduled the same appointment only for them to call an hour before my appointment starts to say that the doctor called out if i decide to reschedule this will be the 3rd rescheduled appointment within a week...
