Dr Bang is a excellent doctor very nice and respectful explaining everything. His office manager on the other hand is very rude and condescending. I requested my medical records 1st I was told all they could provide was my prescription. I questioned her response and then she could provide more. She told me I had no authorization letter for someone else to pick up my records which I knew was lye and would only provide the 1st sheet of my information paper work. Dr Bang would do his practice a great up grade by replacing his office manager.

My ex husband, unbeknownst to me, took my son in for an appt. When I was called & told his glasses were ready (of which I knew nothing about,) I asked when he was in & what the results of the appt were. They told me that they could not tell me (his mother) ANYTHING that involves my minor son (that lives with me.) This just does not sit right with me

Hands down the best eye doctor I have ever been to. The staff and doctors are amazing! I managed to get nail glue in my eye and received nothing but the best care and concern from the entire staff.
