Heritage Dental's Online Review Report Card

The staff at heritage is very kind and welcoming, I needed a new dentist and chose them due to great reviews and convenient location for me. Dr. McAbee did my root canal procedure and she was very knowledgeable. During my procedure, she was talking about how she watches this dentist online and learns a lot of tips and tricks from him. She used two of his tips to help me with my problem tooth pain. I love that she consistently works on being a better dentist. It made me feel pretty good knowing that. It’s been about three days since the procedure and my tooth is no longer in pain 24/7 after a couple months of dealing with constant pain! Thank you!

This was my first time coming to this office and even the dentist and a really long time so I was a little nervous but Dr.brian and DA .Toya made me feel so welcomed and really seen I’m really happy with my choice to come to heritage.

Dr. McAbee and all of her staff were absolutely amazing today! They helped with my major dental anxiety and explained everything thoroughly. Toya (DA) and Rainey (hygienist) are the sweetest souls you will ever meet! Cannot recommend this practice enough!!

This was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had! Jeherica, the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth very meticulously. Toya, the dental assistant, was very personable and thorough. Dr. Brian, the dentist, was very impressive. He was knowlegeable about a variety of options that would work for me and did an excellent job of explaining my best course of action. Additionally, as he was replacing one of my fillings, he maneuvered so gently, that I nearly fell asleep!?! When he was done, I was beyond pleased with the results! I would recommend Heritage Dental to anyone in need of dental attention!!!

Upon arriving at my appointment as a new client, I wasn't greeted well and the young lady that attended to me. I guess you could say the dental hygienist. She was very kind and welcoming and social. We follow up with the exam after the exam they quote me what I need which is only a deep cleaning And I agreed to it and the dental hygienist says well. I only have time for half of your mouth and I agreed to it,unfortunately. The quote that they gave me was way higher than what my insurance covers I have an 80% but I paid alot more when it clearly showed on my print out my assigned copay. I just didn't understand the numbers scale and clearly they didn't or didn't want to charge me correctly and after that, the dentist tries to upsell me on a mouthguard... that's when I knew something is off cuz I don't need a mouth guard I have a habit since I was born, clearly he wanted to upsell, so I schedule my follow up appointment for my left side of my mouth cleaning a month in advance for the 30th then I receive a call canceling this appointment and claiming it's the dentist prerogative to cancel at their leisure, the attendant was so rude with no concern about my left side gaslighting my into believing that it's the dentist prerogative without finding coverage for that day. Key here I scheduled a month in advance they should know in advance days they're taking off for the year, unprofessional. My final experience, my insurance company informs me that I did not have to pay such a high copay. and so yes, this business will quote you high Until they receive notification from your insurance of what your actual co-pay is and then apply those funds towards a credit so you'll have a credit towards your next service not knowing what the future holds, so I would beware with this dental office on what you're paying for and what you're receiving they are selling up and they cancel appointments and they don't keep their word and rude about refunding I have to wait on a check from their accountant to come back, but they were quick to take my overpaid copay and on top of that, they plan on mailing it to me until I called and asked if I could go by and pick up the check. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard as to when or if they received the check for me to go pick up, I would definitely not recommend this Dental Office, their professionalism is definitely off financially and socially. BEWARE

Had a check up and cleaning after 10 years with Jehrica and Dr. Breault (Bro). I was a little apprehensive about seeing a dentist after so long. However after meeting them both, I highly recommend them. Instead of feeling judged for my lack of regular dental care, they both seemed almost excited that I was there and receiving care. In addition to being professional, they both were funny and kind while ensuring I received thorough and gentle treatment.

Lived in many areas and went to several dentists over the years. Been coming here since i moved down 3.5 years ago. The staff is great. Just had my teeth cleaned by Carmen and it was the best cleaning. My mouth feels amazing and since i have been coming here my dental health is the best it’s ever been.
