Dr. Mathew's attention is one of the best, her dental office is very comfortable, large and she works with the best equipment, very comfortable, and the best thing is, the treatment was spectacular without pain or discomfort!!!

horrible place. My personal experience at this dental practice was not a good one. Dr. gets up and leaves the patient in the chair to answer a phone call. Dr. leaves patient to handle things at the front desk. Gossips about people with patient in chair. Makes patients feel unimportant. Stay away from this place.

Dr. Mathew is very patient and made me feel at ease. I dreaded going to the dentist for years but, she really helped me get over my fears. She's caring, compassionate, and honest. All of those qualities are rare to find so I am relieved to have found someone like her in this town. I highly recommend going here for any services!

Tried to jip me, then changed their minds when they found out I was a veteran? Long story short, if you don't feel like reading my spiel below: STAY AWAY Sorry to disappoint, but this review isn't a juicey, hate-fuel montage following a so-called "I'm a veteran of the US armed forces and this business DARED to do me this INJUSTICE." Nah, it ain't like that. What it is like, however, is the dental assistant informing me my teeth are in worse shape then her's (I'm 26 years old, had braces, and do in fact brush daily) Though I do have some enamel wear ue to acid reflux, she was really forcing her opinion down my throat like she was those dental instruments. In the end, Ingleside printed me out a pretty diagram of my teeth and "all the work I needed done" quoting me $1,100 (AFTER insurance) for everything. They then had me sit in the admin's office while they went over the quote with me. (Oh, you're VA? I don't usually do this, but just go on base or to the VA or something). That's some shady teeth fixing business if you ask me. I ended up getting second, third, and even forth opinions, because I was geniunely worried about my teeth. However, NONE of which recommended anywhere NEAR $1100 worth of mouth maintenance. I ended up getting one filling modified/fixed and a bite guard paid for by my insurance from a different dental practice. ALWAYS get a second opinion if something seems off

Upon first meeting the hygienist she told m e "wow upon looking at your teeth you're going to need a lot of work- there's at least 3 or 4 cavities" and then told me she didn't believe that I've never had a cavity or any dental issues. She then went on to tell me all the work she could do on my teeth to "make them look better" then proceeded to try to sell me teeth whitening sessions and said "your bonding on your teeth is so yellow it's like you have a popcorn kernel in between your teeth and that's all I see". She then did multiple sets of images on my Teeth some of which were not covered by insurance and she didn't ask my permission. Luckily I didn't have to pay for those but that's probably something that should be discussed before doing it. Then I saw the dentist who was mildly friendly but less intense than the hygienist came in to see me and confirmed no cavities or anything needing to be done besides the regular cleaning. The hygienist then brought me a QR code and asked me to do a review of the practice for a Starbucks card, stood over my shoulder and watched me do it and reminded me to "mention her name". This was such an awkward experience at the dentist and I walked out of there with another insecurity to add to my Multi page list of preexisting insecurities. Every time I smile now I forget that I was told "it's like staring at a popcorn kernel" and immediately feel self conscious. Also, the website says they are open Saturdays but when I walked about this the hygienist said "I'm not going to schedule appointments on a Saturday bc I don't want to come in. You get that right?" I walked out of there feeling pretty shitty. Although the hygienist and dentist were nice ish , probably not going to return back here. I've never been to a dentist that bombarded me with upsell opportunities, snap judgements, insults or to develop new insecurities.

Dr Mathew is thorough and careful in her exam and treatment. She took care of my elderly Mother with great sensitivity. She ensures that all charges are understood. Her office staff follows up timely. I even had to call her after hours and she was able to patiently advise what to do when Mom's temporary crown came off before the permanent one was ready.
