List of Mark A Coker Md's Reviews
Dr Coker, took care of my husband after he had a quadruple heart bypass and was still having issues. He done Stents and this has been very successful. He truly cares about his patients before during and after surgery. The office staff are extremely friendly and amazingly helpful, they answer the phones promptly and always try their very best to answer questions and if they can’t answer they will call you back when they have the answer. Chrystal has went above and beyond on several occasions for my husband and she will never know just how much we truly appreciate her. Dr Coker is extremely lucky to have her taking care of his patients. I would highly recommend Dr Coker and his staff ❤️❤️
I have been a patient of Dr Mark Coker for 31 year. In 1989 I had a 5 bypass operation. I had 3 blockages of 90% and 2 blockages of 100%. Dr Coker found them the surgeon fixed them. I've had 3 stents since then & I'm still here. Need I say more?
Ten years ago I lay sedated in the ICU at Trident Hospital after having a massive heart attack at the age of 52. Nobody knew what to do for me. The heart surgeon refused to perform a bypass operation because my heart was so weak I would not have survived the operation. Dr Coker saved my life by inserting 5 stents into my heart, opening up the 90% blocked vessels. I'm still doing good and with no complications 5 years later. I owe this man my life and an enormous debt of gratitude.

I Had the honor of meeting Dr Mark Coker while I was in the hospital last week for N/V, Shortness of breath and severe chest pressure. Dr Mark Coker was very thorough, reassuring, Very calming and kind, he saved my life. He has great bedside manners, which is very important when you are scared and worried about your health. Took his time to answer my questions.
Visited for 10years with my mother as a patient and now with me as a patient. Love his bedside manners and love him as a doctor
My husband is a new patient of Dr Coker ... and we think he and his staff are great. They are very accommodating and thorough. If you call the office ... a PERSON talks to you. We are very pleased with DR COKER and COMPANY !
Very relaxed atmosphere. The employees that work there are very knowledgeable and seem to care how you feel when you walk in the door. I have e been with Dr. Coker for about 5 years and he has kept me alive and feeling great. I recommend him and his team to anyone and have done so in the past and will in the future.
I saw Dr Coker due to rapid heartbeat & dyspnea. My new reflux meds listed this as a side effect, which I asked about. He said I "tried to BLAME the med" for my "poor cardiovascular fitness." I could do only 3 minutes on treadmill. Much later, bloodwork showed iron deficiency anemia. I was dismissed by this doctor& went months with symptoms I am surprised he did not recognize.
He is a pleasant cardiologist to work with.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
