Staff is awful I called about my lab work Receptionist tell me that they receive over hundreds of faxes a day it would be impossible to know if they have mine after they told me that they didn’t receive it and my doctor resent it. They don’t call You call back when you leave a message. Your prescription never gets sent to the pharmacy you have to keep calling them. Worst experience ever

The absolute worst doctors office I’ve ever dealt with. Nurse never EVER returns calls. Refused to help me even after bloodwork showed pituitary issues. Couldn’t get medical records for my brain surgeon for weeks and they only sent partial. Refused to run specific labs for my brain surgeon and then never called with my results that were all high. No one called. No one calls back. I was told to do yoga. Biggest joke of an office.

They over book appointment you might see the doctor for A minute. Wouldnt even listen to my questions. God forbid you need to actually speak to the doctor on the phone they dont call back. Ive had several issues with my medications not being sent over with all the information and trying to fix that is a nightmare when you cant get a hold of anyone.

I have been a patient here for a couple of years now. I have been trying to call for a week and every single time “Billing is not available” to take my call and “they will call back” by the end of the day. I am extremely busy and DO NOT HAVE TIME to call every single day in hopes that you guys will answer my call so that I can SIMPLY PAY MY BILL. I have had so many issues with the unprofessional staff at this facility it’s actually unbelievable. The front desk medical assistants and Dr. Sergev himself. After I pay my bill I will be switching doctors. I get blood drawn every time I visit and never get a call back about my results. It wasn’t until my mother and I came into the facility and asked for them….their response? “We don’t have any blood result records” WHAT??? Where is my blood going? They had no credible answer. I also asked Dr. Sergev “Why is my weight fluctuating so much”? He said “Oh maybe we need to decrease your dosage” Well the problem is I had been asking him to decrease it every time I visit and he claimed I did not need to decrease it but didnt have the blood work to prove it. He finally decreased it after he realized my hormone levels had switched from too high to too low. He doesn’t provide any answers or education on your diagnosis. He comes in for 12 minutes tells you to stay on whatever meds youre already taking then leaves unless you bring up a concern You basically have to do your own research and bring it to his attention for him to do anything. Their medical staff runs around like chickens with their heads cut off. Expect to be called back 30 mins after your scheduled time then get 12 mins with the doctor. Also there was one time I took off work for my appointment and there were several patients and I waiting outside of the office. After about 20 minutes of calling they said they finally picked up and said they were “closed for the day”. Why would they schedule all of us that day if they were closed??? Very considerate of their patients that take off work to make their appointments. It was not even a holiday. I can say so many things about this facility that sucks. His MA is super unprofessional and rude over the phone she actually brought me to tears and called back to apologize for upsetting me. UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL STRESS YOU OUT. DO NOT GO HERE

When I started having some issues I went to see another doctor in Summerville. The doctor quite honestly was good but the system he worked under was horrible. Could not get return phone calls prescriptions filled and so on. I recently moved to Dr. Sergev and have been extremely happy with his expertise and the time that he takes with you explaining things. Being a doctor its more than just going to school. You must care about the patient as a person and listen. Find out what they have to say and take care of their needs. I might be old school but I wont settle for anything less this doctor has been fantastic.

I just love him... He is a wonderful friendly person and the staff is great as well
