She was very friendly, and took care of the issue my husband was having. We had an issue where I made a mistake when making the appointment online for him. The front staff couldn't do anything. We waited a little bit, someone else finally came in, and she took care of the mistake right away. I would highly recommend Ms. Bradlee Johnson.

Unfortunately I did not see the doctor. I saw the PA. After the voisit I had a question and requested through the receptionist that the PA call me. She without asking the PA insisted I come into the office to ask a question? I requested she at least ask and she reluctantly said she would and she would call me back that afternoon. After 27 hours I called the receptionist back and she said the PA would only talk to me via a scheduled virtual visit. I paid $300 for the first visit and feel a 2 minute or less phone is a fair request. I will not go back and suggest others also go to a practice willing to show the patient some respect.

This Doctor and office is unprofessional. I was a patient and had an appointment I live in Rock Hill SC and Doctor's office is in Lancaster SC which takes a good 35 to 40 minutes to get to. My appointment was at 10 am so I left my house around 9 15 am to arrive in time when I arrived the receptionist informed me that the Doctor was out of town and they called left a message at 9 45 am that I would need to reschedule this appointment. I did but decided that since She couldn't have at least 1 of her staff to call me before canceling my appointment that I wasn't going to waste time going there NOT to be seen. Then I received a letter in the mail stating that I was dropped from their practice due to no show. I am guessing they were mad that they couldn't collect for that appointment but very unprofessional when they do not even call to inform patient that appointment was cancelled.Best find another Urologist if you expect care.
