Was misinformed when calling caresouth. They were very unprofessional. I was told to be at caresouth in Latta SC on Friday 1821 at 9am to be tested for covid. That there would be bus there and park at the bus and not get out of the car. We arrived at 850 am. No bus. 900 am.no bus 930 No bus. I called and was told that they could have been late leaving. That there was no way to check. We were there at 1000. No bus 1100. No bus. There has got to be a better and more efficient was to handle this. This is scary and you do not need to be jerked around.

When checking in you do it on a tablet with your identification card. A sliding pay scale So if youre not working You can pay $10 each visit and it discounts your prescription medication also. You usually dont dont have much of a wait in the lobby Until you get called back or much of a wait after the nurse leaves waiting for the RN or the doctor to come in and see you and theyre all nice and get straight to the point of why youre there.

Dr. Moore is the best hes been my doctor for 6 months now and when I got sick he made sure I got the antibiotics and ear drops I needed and made sure I was okay

They have a sliding scale for payment depending on income which helps. Also my physician doesnt rush through my visit I feel like she really is listening and cares about me as a person. The staff is friendly too.
