I took my Dad here because he was losing weight and dentures were now too big, he has problems chewing and was losing weight. First visit was on 7/26/2021 and after numerous visits of measurements being lost, and him having to redo the molding, finally in the middle of October we were informed the dentures had been lost in the mail to them. The Manager was so rude when we were trying to have funds reimbursed. We were informed that we can call as many times as we pleased it would not change anything. She said she was rude because she doesn't like for anyone to ask her last name. After speaking with Dr. Schutz on 11/5/2021 I was informed that they had finally returned the funds to the insurance company. I will never send any one else here they are very unprofessional.

I appreciate the careful and thorough approach that Dr. Schutz takes. She performed a partial cleaning and diagnostic evaluation for me, especially with regard to caring for several teeth that showed more decay than may general dentist had communicated, and made several recommendations that have served me well. My only lament is that Dr. Schutz is no longer with the practice group that I visited and has moved on to bigger and better things! I heartily recommend Dr. Schutz. Her diagnostic capability is very strong, she is careful and thorough, her judgment is sound, and her recommendations are spot on. She gets it. Dr. Schutz is also a delightful person.
