I went to Dr. Carter for smart lipo. I paid $6500. She was distracted during the procedure. She received several phone calls from her son regarding his wedding. Overall I was left with FIFTEEN INCISION SCARS. I was told to contact the office one MONTH following the procedure. There was little to no post op instructions.

Dr. Dee Carter has been my physician for over 10 years. From issues with illnesses to Smart-Lipo, I would highly recommend her to anyone interested on all the latest issues on keeping your body as youthful looking as you want to keep you feeling good about yourself. JC
