This appointment was rescheduled for me arriving less than 10 minutes late to an 1150 appointment. The nurse who cancelled the appointment came into my room and apologized for canceling it. I appreciated her acknowledging I was not greater than the standard time frame allowed for a cancellation and that my time is equally as important. I was very impressed the organization felt this was important address.

Awsome place although we couldn’t find a difinitive diagnosis…the doctor took his time to explain everything about my condition…gave me some advice on therapeutic remedies..

Underwhelming waiting area and exam rooms; very nice for the easily overstimulated. Very clean facility. The Nurse and PA were easy to communicate with. My child's exam was quick, thorough enough, minimally invasive and riddled with questions about my concerns and suggestions for her care. We left with a plan. I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

Friendly staff from the time you walk-in till you leave. Very helpful with limiting paperwork for me (2 kids being seen but 4 all together with me). My oldest hates doors being shut and he told the girl doing the hearing test and the doctor and they both understood and allowed the door to be cracked for us. Nurse got on the kids level to talk to them. We saw Dr. Kabakjian; he was super friendly and talked to all the kids even if they were one not being seen. Explained everything so I understood the plan for each child.

Had a wonderful experience at SC ENT in Lexington! My daughter was referred there and the staff were so nice and welcoming, the wait time was NOT long, and technician was so calm and patient with my daughter. Dr. Kabakjian was VERY attentive, thorough, and kind, and definitely made us feel comfortable with a few laughs. Did not disappoint!
