AMAZING staff! Going to urgent care usually isn’t a fun trip, especially with a baby but from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I don’t think I nor my little one stopped smiling. The entire staff was friendly and the NP that we saw took the time to listen to my questions/concerns and was sure to answer every single one. The trip was super quick as well! I highly recommend Veritas!!!

One of the best urgent cares I have ever been to on the east coast and west! I was recommended by any boss when I wasn’t feeling to well at work and decided to go here. The staff were all so friendly and kind they definitely have the best customer service I have seen at any clinic or hospital. The wait time was quick too they are in and out in no time. They do not take appointments walk-ins only. FYI there will always be a slight wait time but they do the best they can to make sure everyone gets seen in a timely manner. They have a great staff that is very efficient and they work so well together. The doctors and nurses and staff deserve a 5 star too! Thank you all for taking care of me when I was in pain the last couple of weeks. I will highly recommend anyone and everyone I know to go to this urgent care clinic when sick. There is a parking lot so you do not have to worry the waiting room is size able so plenty of seating.

Dr. Hatemi had the best bedside manners. He was very thorough and made me feel like I was being heard. That’s hard to come by these days. The staff was very friendly and got me in and out quickly. That’s all I could ask for when I am a new patient walk in and feeling sick. It is very appreciated!

I’ve been to Veritas a few times and every experience has been great from check in to check out. The Dr is excellent and really listens and takes time with you. He has always provided exceptional care, orders labs/tests, makes referrals and follows up. I recommend Veritas to everyone.

Staff was very polite and kind from the receptionist to the Doctor. This is the first doctors practice in the past 20 years where I have been able to call and actually speak to an individual. And questions are answered promptly. Nobody working there seemed to be in a rush or pushy. Everyone was very patient and they made you feel like a human being and that's rare now a days. I am very grateful for this practice. Thank you!
