Dr Blue , is thorough , knowledgeable, and professional. She genuinely cares about your well being and takes the time to diagnose and break it down in layman’s terms how to move forward with treatment. Kinda rare to find these days

I established w/Dr. Blue after mvg to the MB area - I am overweight, over 60 w/a history of high chol. (provided in history) AND told her my A1c's were climbing. Dr. Blue didn't order either test. I told her nurse ( always rude) on 2nd visit. 9 months later, feeling very ill, I got an appt. She grimaced when she saw my list of things to discuss and talked over me but I insisted on an A1c and a lipid. I don't need a consult. I'm an RN. I need meds! Call them in and don't waste my time!

She's considerate, knowledgeable, and compassionate. To me, those are all the traits of an outstanding physician. The biggest problem is reaching any doctor directly in the for-profit organization. I've been treated by its doctors for about 10 years and have never been able to reach any physician or their office when I call for them.
average wait is 1hr past appointment time, never less then 45mins, even with early morning appointments. waited about an hour and a half once just to get blood drawn, and the person doing it couldnt find the vain. after about a dozen stabs in both arms i told her to stop and get someone else. the next person got it in 1 try. i was told the 1st person was in training. also the lady that you see after the doctor to make your next appointment is beyond rude and totally miserable. i understand people can have a bad day, but in over 20 visits she has been the same miserable person she is everytime. she also makes your appointment for you, without ever asking when is good for the patient. you walk up to the window, say hello, tell her the doctor wants to see you for a follow up. she never looks up, or acts if your even there. she looks annoyed, writes a date and time on a card, and hands it to you. if you ask her to change it, she gets even more annoyed. if i didnt like the actual doctor, i'd go some where else in a heart beat (still might). some where not affilated with carolina health care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
