Dr. Smith is an absolute gem! I am so lucky to have her as my doctor now. I was mistreated and misdiagnosed by my last doctor so bad and suffered some horrendous consequences as a result. When I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Smith and retaining her as my family doctor I felt so lucky and I finally felt heard. She is knowledgeable, caring and extremely professional and so are her staff. I can't say enough nice things about her!!!

Go somewhere else. Seriously, I was told my daughters have cavities, needed filling and crowns. The. I go to another dentist who told me they do not need any of those things. The staff very unprofessional and disrespectful, from Ana, to Morgan to all of them. I'd advice you to go find another dentist. There are a lot of good ones in Lakeland!

After moving to Ottawa, I lucked out in finding Dr Erin Smith as my primary care physician. Her staff graciously had my files transferred, and upon my first visit, Dr Smith knew all about my medical history. She is compassionate, patient and offers many perspectives when discussing care options.

Dr Smith has been my doctor since 2016. She spends a lot of time with her patients, so she is usually late. I don’t really mind because she spends time listening to my illnesses. She is also a mom like me so she doesn’t get mad when I miss appointments or I’m running late. I wish she would see my kids but she doesn’t do that.

I had been looking for a lady doctor since my family doctor retired. Dr Smith was my mother’s doctor and accepted me in her office. I was very happy at my first visit, she has a nice office and went though all my notes from the old doctor and put it all on her laptop. I have had a couple of regular visits since then and it has gone well. Pretty easy to get appointments, too.
