Lisa Mount's Online Review Report Card

Dr Mount has been great caring for our family. However some staff, particularly Lisa at the front and check out, is always very rude and dismissive. As I read other comments regarding scheduling, I believe other patients are having the same experience. Dr Mount has instructed us to follow up within weeks of our appointment but Lisa will not schedule follow up as Dr Mount requested. Very disheartening.

Dr. Mount is a very good Doctor but getting in to see her in a timely manner is impossible do to the Carolina Health Scheduling policies. Will push you off to PA and even then getting in is tough. Office staff if somewhat rude and mostly incompetent in terms of scheduling and customer service. I feel forced to find another provider after being with Dr. Mount for many years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mount for eight years and have always experienced excellent care from her. I recently had a bad fall resulting in a head injury and have seen her twice since being discharged from the hospital. On both occasions she treated me with genuine concern and this along with her medical expertise has provided me with great comfort. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Mount.

Love Dr Mount because she is caring and spends time answering questions and concerns, but with her move to Carolina Health Specialist, I am not at all happy with the office staff. Mostly not helpful. The office as well as the area for blood drawing does not feel clean. Am searching for a comparable doctor.

I called Dr. Mount's office thinking I had a doctor to see if something didn't seem right. I had been in excruciating pain in my sinuses for weeks and nothing (OTC) was solving it. After being directed to use (another) OTC products to "cure" a sinus infection, I asked what if it don't work. The answer I got was to go to a walk-in clinic. In my mind, a doctor worth anything will make herself available to actual sick patients - I guess I wasn't going to bring in enough review for the office - Medicare, you know. I wouldn't take my cat to see her.

Dr. Mount has been seeing my wife and I for many years, in three different offices. She is excellent in help with medical needs and monitors our health every six months. When she moved to Carolina Health Specialists, we transferred with her. Unfortunately we have found the office staff not to be patient oriented in scheduling or helping us with lab paperwork for outside blood draw. After my wife complained on dirty lab, the office manager sent us registered letters that we were not welcome
