List of Little River Medical Center's Reviews
Both vaccines and booster here. Teresa at the front desk and Diane who gave me my booster were especially kind and thoughtful. This place is great about communication and all the people seem to really care about people. Every experience here has been exemplary.
Go somewhere else for your Covid testing. My daughter was sick for a month and we could not get into her pediatrician so I took her to med care. Negative on Covid and RSV. Two weeks later still not better. Got her in to her pediatrician finally and they test her again for Covid now she is positive. Everyone around her got tested and it negative. Took her somewhere else once again for not one but two more Covid tests. One was rapid and one they sent off. Both negative. Their rapid tests at little river medical seems faulty.
Being a new patient without insurance I was accepted for sliding scale fee. Not knowing I was being charged full price for each doctor visit like they told me I over paid many times. In the end after much stress loss of money and conflict with billing department I finally received a check for all the money I over paid.
I had anxiety from birth. I needed a new dr to refill my prescriptions. Jerry didnt ask any questions and couldnt care less. He immediately gave me an ultimatum without asking me anything about my anxiety. Either I take a pee test and hell give me a lower dose to get me off something I need to function or nothing. I left I never met a worse and less caring Dr. However the front office was nice and tried to help me find Dr. somewhere else.
This doctor’s office is disorganized chaotic and potentially pushing off cases that require immediate medical intervention. Will not return. I encourage those of you with small children to steer clear.
I have been going to the Little River Medical CenterYears Since I moved here 17 years ago..all the doctors are excellent..
My son has seen Dr.Reiser since he was born. He seemed like a pretty good doctor until my son got older and I started telling him about some problems we were having with him. He would always blow off the situation and say we will evaluate it at his next visit. After this happening multiple times I decided to switch my son to a different doctor. After not even 10 mins of me explaining to his new doctor the problems my son has been having she immediately knew what was wrong and she done an exam and found the problem. My son is serve tongue tied which is a diagnosis that should of been caught VERY EARLY on. Very disappointed…now my son has to go through surgery and multiple kinds of therapy to repair this.
Wow these doctors just Do Not Care. Literally. I go in for persistant stomach issues and they gave me an antacid and told me to wait 6 months. 6 months of me still puking. And my sister just got cleared to work with Degenerative Disc but she was told to lie to an employer about it bc they wont hire her if they know.
Absolutely hands down the best. When I had my first child they were there for me with a private nurse point of contact day or night regular visits in home so i didnt have to travel with the baby as much. Gifts for me and my son. Top of the line medical care. They helped in ways you could never imagine. I would definitely recommend for 1st time moms or really anyone.
Wow If I had read some of these reviews before I chose LRMC…I would not have. But I’ve been a patient here about three years. No place is 100% perfect. No person is 100% pleasant all the time. I know we expect that…especially in the medical field. But it’s not reality. So for the most part my experience here have been good. A few hiccups with appointments and prescriptions. But they have always been resolved. But when I needed an emergency appointment or a refill on a script right away..they were always accommodating. Hats off to Dawn Coffin and her staff. They are the best.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
