You know you have the good the bad and the ugly any place you go whether its out in public or a business. No place will you find perfection. PERFECTION can only be found in the Creator GOD himself.I can only speak about my familys experience while weve been at this hospital McLeod Seacoast and the staff there. They have provided the best care to my child during her illness as well as to my husband and myself.They have been exceptionally accommodating. The room is very clean and spacious.We did not go lacking for anything.All I can say is if you treat others with respectyou will get respect.FANTASTIC HOSPITAL and staffWe would definitely use this facility again if we ever have tooThank you again Dr. Mijalli and the medical staff for your outpouring support and care for our family during our stay. Truly a 5 STAR rating in our bookI

I had same day surgery today with Dr Lacie Edmison ..... she was informative professional and extremely caring The staff was excellent ... special thanks to Kelly and Thomas ...you guys were super thank you so much Dr. Edmison I so appreciate you

I’m not sure why this hospital only has a 2.9 star rating. I had the unfortunate visit of being diagnosed with covid19 on my honeymoon and every single person we came in contact with while here was very professional comforting and great I’d like to specifically thank Chip RN Dr. Harvey and one other RN that I forgot her name Everyone was great Thank you

Amanda in pcu is a terrible nurse. Poor bedside manner very rude

Laurie was so sweet she gave me my infusion today and made my day so much better the other lady giving infusions was awesome as well thanks for making us all feel better and for showing you care ❤️

Everyone is friendly here except for one nurse in ICU who was very rude to us and unhelpful when I tried to inform her that my grandmother needed her catheter bag changed. She had a very unprofessional attitude and seemed annoyed that I interrupted her snack time which further upset us since we are already dealing with the stress of my grandma being in ICU. The rest of the staff is nice caring compassionate and professional though.

What an awful hospital. Between the doctors being completely subpar and the incompetent staff this is one of the worst hospitals Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Absolutely the worst hospital I have ever been too in my life Had to bring my husband in for a bad fall he took. Seven hours later still waiting for someone to come out and let me know whats going on In the meantime I get the pleasure of listening to the ladies at the front desk talk about everyone here Wow Unbelievable

Fantastic accommodations throughout a very difficult time

Most horrible experience in an ER waiting room. The front desk staff is INCREDIBLY rude. When screened at the door they asked if I had been exposed to covid. I answered yes as I work around covid patients often. I also informed them that I went and got tested before coming to the ER and I knew that I did not have covid. However the ladies at the front desk had already diagnosed me. They explicitly sat my mother and I over beside a male patient who was off to the side alone who had covid. I heard the triage nurse telling his wife loudly to leave because he was covid positive. We patiently waited to be seen but noticed more people coming in who we heard the front desk staff telling not to sit on the side we were on because we had covid. Working in healthcare I know that this is a BIG NO NO. Neither of us had covid but that is inappropriate regardless. I wasn’t aware that a receptionist had the ability to diagnose now. I left after hearing what had happened and will never return to this hospital for care. I attempted to call the hospital to speak with the nurse manager in the ER. Left a voicemail never got my call returned. I recommend driving a little further down the Highway if you want professional care.
