One star is far too many for this doctors office The staff is subpar to say the least the doctors are very dismissive and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to be treated here I honestly don’t know how they are still operating?

A doctor there was rude in he was not right so i hate to go there

Very disappointed I hurt my arm on a Monday gave it a week thinking pain would go away. I went that following Monday to doctors care in conway awesome doctor. Xray was performed said everything was fine thinks its the rotator cuff told me I need to see my care provider for a referral for an MRI. Went in Thursday was told I was being referred to a Orthopedic and for an MRI. I told her the pain medication they gave me doesnt help at all and pain keeps me up crying at night. Gave me an anti inflammorty shot and told me to call Friday to find out what orthopedic I was being referred to. Also that the hospital would contact me to come in an have the MRI done. Called Friday left a message today is Tuseday still no response. I called and left a 2nd message today and someone from the Myrtle Beach office contacted me today to tell me that I have to be seen again for any pain meds and that I was referred to pain management instead of an orthopedic and no MRI referral has been sent. So tomorrow im going up there for some answers. An I will no longer be a patient of Ms. MOORE once I find a new location. When a patient comes in you dont tell them on thing and do another. Im here hurting waiting for a MRI to find out why that hasnt even been ordered. From my experience I regret going to this provider because when im in pain an need answers I get the run around.

This doctors office is by far the WORST Ive been to I literally waited outside along with another gentleman infront of me that had no mask on to get into the building and go through getting checked by the nurse to get turned around at the checkin desk because my appointment was cancelled After standing outside for 10 mins getting checked and having to wait for the nurse to go grab the other gentleman a mask my appointment has been cancelled now I am forced on my only day off to sit at the doctors office and hopes someone cancels when I set up a appointment initially arrived on time but due to there being no one outside at check point until 5mins in its my fault my appointment got cancelled. Ive never had any issues at any other location but LORIS SC location DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to reschedule 3 times... PS. This is the second time this happened not the first.
