I would leave a 0 rating if I could. After waiting in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours past my appointment time I was led to a room where I waited another 45 minutes before the doctor came in. I was prescribed a medication for one of several issues I came to see her about, and sent on my way. When I had an adverse reaction to the medication, I contacted the office right away, several times, leaving messages as I did. Fortunately it wasn't a life threatening reaction and I stopped taking the medication. It wasn't until A MONTH later I was contacted by a staff member at Kershaw to set up a test for Dr. Siddiqui. I refused, saying she was no longer my physician. Wouldn't you know it took less than 20 minutes before her office contacted me wanting to know why I refused the test. When I told them why I refused I was hung up upon. I'm fortunate that the reaction was not life threatening, but I have absolutely no confidence in her as a physician or her staff as caring for their patients.
