This place is ridiculous as far as trying to reach someone on the phone. I’ll be caller 9 37 11 all in the same call. How do I go from caller 4 to caller 9? It takes 20 or 30 minutes to reach somebody. Very frustrating. Now I’m currently caller 14 after being caller 8.

The only issue is the waiting. The staff is usually very nice and willing to work with the patients as much as possible my two boys love Dr Garma. Hes always been great with them all of the doctors their have great bedside manner.

There is no other heath care place like treat me like I was family very kind and caring staff they get 2 know and are happy when u are happy and always uplifting and always words of encouragement I would never want 2 go any other place 2 be care 4 they even wiped the tears from running down my face . God bless the whole staff I cant say enough good things about .HopeHeath thk u all .Peace

Dr. Ridgeway is my doctor. Theres not a time that i went in there and felt uncomfortable they are great and I love his assistant NA Beverly Cantey She is awesome.

I love Hope Health.. i have been there ever since i was a little girl. I am under Shonstella Barrineau team. They really great great service waiting time isnt long and they always give me the correct information.

Horrid Ive been calling and calling to receive my childs medical records to no avail. Ive called the Florence location to be directed back to Manning. One day the recording said closed till 1030 for staff development. Called at noon and 230 to receive the same message. Called last 2 days and the office is closed? This is a huge HIPAA violation and against South Carolina laws. If they violate my parental rights for obtaining records what other violations are they guilty of? Buyer beware.
