I’ve always had a good experience, no matter which Lowcountry Urgent Care I went to. But the one in Manning is probably the best one I’ve gone to so far. I went in for a covid test, and everyone was really nice and knowledgeable. The entire office was clean, and they even offered free mini-water bottles. The doctor wasted no time and got straight to the point and treated all my symptoms. I would definitely recommend!

Made an appointment with their easy online site. I was there a little early and seen almost immediately. Staff and PA were very nice and concerned and efficient.

Made an appointment “reservation” for 3:30 for my son to get a school physical. Arrived about 3:25ish and knew that I wouldn’t be seen at exactly 3:30 thought maybe 30-40 Minutes wait. Well an hour an 15 mins later the receptionist was just checking him in and taking my payment. I’m assuming to pretend that the wait time isn’t as long as it is if the office is reviewed. My son was called back about 40 mins ago. It’s now 6:33pm and I’m still sitting here. Next time I will just schedule with his pediatrician. I do not recommend.

The staff doesn’t know how to do their jobs. They tell you that walk-ins have priority over people that make a reservation and that you have to wait longer. Why are they even an establishment when they cannot care for everyone rather than their buddies and friends. I say this place needs to be shut down because the whole staff is incompetent in their organization and their line of medical study. These people are ill equipped to do any work.

I used the online app to make an appt. It was very quick. The staff was courteous and took time to answer all of my concerns. They were very professional.

We were in and out in a hour. Doctor, nurse, and receptionist were all very nice. They were all very gentle and nice to my daughter that had fallen and had to have staples.
