Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Alvin Abinsay's Reviews
I’ve been a patient for over 5 years. I’m too far into my treatment to leave. If I could change my PCP without adding new stressors I would. I have been in pain from my lower back over one year. I have patiently followed all regimen asked of me. I’m being discarded and my quality of life and recovery is not of most importance to the person I believed in and trusted most. I am losing a lot of functionality. I do have DDD and osteoarthritis. Dr. Abinsay doesn’t think it’s bad. In fact he told me “ fifty!. Aww you still young Mary.” That’s the last thing I wanted to here while in pain and something has got me to where I am barely able to walk and do the simple things of life including self care. I have been in non stop pain every day for a year. The medicines prescribed have not helped. Dr bills are accumulating. I have a referral from orthopedic surgeon for rheumatoid consult. Dr. Abinsay told me he would put the referral in on January 6, 2023. His referral scheduler, Daffney was out for a week and some days. Upon her return she told me she would send the referral over to the Dr of choice. I contacted that office and nothing had been sent. Upon speaking to Daffney in person, on Monday, January 18, 2023, she assured me she would get it resolved immediately and over soon after. I followed up with an email shortly after conversation with Daffney to Dr Abinsay explaining and asking him to address please. I was also in the office for bloodwork on that same day. I noted on yesterday via patient portal that I had a flagged lab. I have not received any call from anyone in the office, tho footnote states something to effect that MD will notify of any labs not within normal limits. I even noticed that the HCTZ that I had an allergic reaction to isn’t flagged and it’s still listed as a current medicine that I’m taking( but I’m not currently taking it and will never again). I’m a Nurse. I don’t look for special treatment. I haven’t made it known. I think it’s a sad shame that healthcare has become so terrible and you can’t rely on the ones who are trained to help you. I don’t say or express myself much. I feel sorry for anyone in pain and who frequents this office as I do. On a good note Mrs. Dianne and the other 2 ladies up front are very nice, courteous and helpful. Seeing that no interaction has been made by previous reviews of other patients states a lot. I hope this review helps someone who is seeking good medical care. I’m hoping to eventually be able to share a better experience as my healthcare treatment continues.
I am always able to call in to make an appt for my husband and even though all the staff stay extremely busy, they all strive to make the experience as least stressful as possible. This time Dr A was able to take one look at MY issue, diagnose it, get me a prescription and get me on the way to better health quicker than I could even finish telling him about my traumatic week. He is my Dr for as long as he'll keep me!
He’s very easy to talk to. Met him once and decided he will be my permanent physician. Very Knowledgeable and just all around sweet.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
