Sweetgrass Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

Do not recommend. Incredibly disappointed by the clinical, detached approach of the providers at Sweetgrass Pediatrics of Moncks Corner. Appointments must be scheduled online, and options are never opportune. Any questions for providers have to be sent through a text message, only to wait hours for a stock response. Waited three weeks for an appointment to discuss how my son was responding to his new medication. Because he had been sick, I was told I would have to schedule a sick visit, have him seen, and then schedule another well visit. I informed the nurses that I cannot miss so many days from work. I was told that it was their "practice" and shown the exit door. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of compassion shown by the providers at this clinic, and I will be looking elsewhere for future care for my son. It is very frustrating to feel as though you are at the mercy of providers who do not have your best interest at heart.

They have always been great until today. My child was having an asthma attack in their parking lot and we were refused service because of 180.00 balance. We had an appointment that I had scheduled online when my child 1st started getting sick 2 days ago. I offered to pay some on the balance and they still refused unless it was all paid. After I hung up they made payment arrangements with my husband, but my child was still not seen.

Haley was great. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my child rather than brushing me off like other have. she was able to fulfill all my needs over the phone. Great customer service. Its nice to have someone who cares about my child without knowing him instead of looking at us like another number. She went above and beyond which goes a long way. Thank you Haley you were amazing.

Great office, friendly staff and doctors. The check in process is a little tedious but I'm given the current climate I understand why they do it this way. Once you're in however, everything else moves fast from that point on. We've never had to wait to see the doctor she was always ready for us. I'm glad I made the switch and look forward to building a relationship with Sweetgrass.

I've been using Sweetgrass for years, I started with Kelly Rogers, and then went to Dr. Krampf. Today we saw Morgan Glass for a sick visit. Each appointment I've been treated with the utmost respect, and they're all really good with kids. They take their time to explain what's going on and actually LISTEN to you. By far the best practice. I will continue to use them as well as reccomend to others.

This is a great practice for kids! The doctors and nurse practitioner are terrific with the children! They put them at ease, speaking directly to your child on his/her level. My grandson actually "likes" going to the doctor. How many kids tell you that? Dr Morgan Glass, in Moncks Corner, is his physician, and she is wonderful. After hours, with him feeling miserable, we had no problem getting an appointment (on a Sunday no less!), and the office staff was pleasant and accommodating at the N. Charleston facility. I would highly recommend this practice!
