Dr Ferguson has been outstanding in listening to symptoms, clearly communicating treatment plans. Follow up on test results with clear analysis has been excellent.

While I think Dr Ferguson is a pretty good doctor, the reason for the mediocre review is because of her staffing. Especially Tiffany. She lacks any personality and tends to give medical advise out on her own. I went to the doctor a week ago, for something totally different. I happened to cough a time or two, so they decided I need the Coronavirus test. Tiffany told me a few days ago that they were pretty sure I had the coronavirus, even though my test results had not been received yet. And of course, my results came back NEGATIVE. So Tiffany, if I was grading you, you would get a big fat F.

I found my experience to be very unpleasant. Her staff is rude and the wait time is long. It is difficult to sometimes get appointment when it good for you.
