Good luck getting answers from them before your surgery. The brought me in for an appointment the day their scheduler wasn’t available, so I had to play phone tag with her all week to try to get an estimate and surgery appointment. And she promised me more than a week ago now that she would ask the surgeon a question about lenses I’m considering and call me—nothing. I followed up yesterday only to be told the same thing and guess what—no call today. If the customer support is this bad before surgery, I’m not sure I want to know what it’s like after.

All staff were very kind and professional. Everything was well explained to me and I felt that my questions and concerns were heard and answered. Dr Vroman has an excellent bed-side manner and spent quality time with me. I highly recommend this office and doctor!

If you’re feeling uncertain about taking the first steps toward cataract surgery, I highly recommend visiting the Carolina Cataract & Laser Center! I was truly impressed by their state-of-the-art equipment and the professionalism of the team. Meeting Dr. Vroman, who will perform my surgery throughly reviewed the results of the tests, in-depth explanation and lens options, put me at ease. The process of scheduling appointments was seamless, and I appreciated being able to pre-order my prescription. The detailed post-surgery instructions were also very helpful. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care sets a high standard for others in the field.

From the front desk to the last desk everyone was amazing~Aaron checking us in was funny and pleasant as was Kee who did my husbands eye exam~Dr Budev was very thorough and informative. He took his time explaining everything to us regarding the procedure with a kind demeanor~And lastly the scheduler Stevie was equally as accommodating and a pleasure to meet~
