My appointment was for 8 am. The receptionist was there and asked me to sign in. No one else arrived until 8:20 am. I didn't see the doctor until almost 8:45. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Everything was fine and I was treated professionally and accurately.

Rena &George saw Dr. Clark. The staff took us back to the exam room together & we remained together for our exams. We are senior citizens & my husband is hard of hearing so being together is a good idea. The staff is not only efficient they are super nice. From check in to getting glasses & checking out our appointment was perfect.

I was running very late from another appointment that was running behind, and they were able to fit me in when I arrived. Dr. Clark is truly the kindest person and I’m so happy she is my eye doctor!

This was the first time that my husband & myself went to the Bell Hall office. The dr’s assistant who took us back & preformed the eye exam preliminaries on us was very friendly & easy to relate with. We found Dr Clarke to be personable & relatable as well. We had a great experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
