Exceptionally good doctor, with excellent bedside manners and clearly high knowledge level of various medical issues. I have never met anyone with such pleasant caring attitude, and an amazing response time. She is a true family physician.

I am working with Dr. Hansen currently on some medical issues and she has been very helpful with helping me out with the medical stuff. She is very dedicated to helping her patients figure out what is going on and how to appropriately treat them. She has a lot of medical knowledge and explains stuff really well to her patients when they have problems that need to be fixed. She gives excellent medical advice and recommendations. She is also a very nice person which helps a lot with working with her when you have an issue. I really appreciate all of the help I have received from her and the medical staff.

I agree that Dr Hansen is a fantastic & caring doctor. I would hate to leave her practice. But I also agree that the front office staff is rude, condescending & think very highly of themselves. One even took the time to reprimand me for waiting until the last minute to refill a RX. They are the face of this clinic. If their behavior continues, I'll take my business to Dr. Valerie Scott.

Dr. Hansen is super nice and a good doctors. The problem is accessibility and concern for patients. My two daughters see her and I have not been impressed. My younger daughter was really sick once and Dr Hansen was on vacation. The office did not have another doctor to suggest and referred me to an urgent care? Dr. Hansen is thoughtful and thorough and very proactive in helping solve medical issues both within and outside her expertise. She is very patient focused and has a wonderful demeanor. Both my husband and I have been going to her for 5 years.

You will find no better care than in Dr. Hansen. Being a cancer survivor I was dealt with a host of issues. Dr. Hansen always took the time to listen as long as I needed, answer any questions, offer noteworthy suggestions, and proved repeatedly of her professionalism.

I was so pleased with my visit today. Short wait time, great conversation with Dr. Hansen. She seemed like she legitimately cared and allowed me to ask all kinds of questions. She really wants a resolution for me. However, the front office staff is horrible. They are all rude and short with the patients. I felt uncomfortable interacting with them.
