I am 6dpo from having a full a tummy tuck w/muscle repair so far my experience has been nothing but Great with Dr Hensel and his staff. I’ve done much research before making the decision to select this Facility to perform this life long body change for me. I asked thousands of Questions, compared and shared pictures, Michele answered every question more than one time for me, even when I felt that I was frustrating her with the same questions she still remained patient with me. Looking at my before & after pictures has been nothing but rewarding thus far and it has only been 6 days. I will continue to “Trust the Process” as I heel and enjoy being on the flat side.

Let me just start by saying this: When I first booked my consultation to get my tattoos removed I really didn’t know what I was getting into. I was a bit nervous to go to a plastic surgeons office because I’ve had never been to one before. All I could think about was the little anxieties of pursuing any type of treatment.After going to Dr. Hensel’s office, there is no other place I will go. Andy, the receptionist, is the sweetest person you will ever book an appointment with. She has the patience of a God and such a kind demeanor.Dee is the technician who laser treatments my tattoos for removal. Not once did she ever rush me or pressure me into the treatment. If anything it was always the other way around. She asked very meaningful questions throughout the consultation like why I was getting them removed? If I was sure that was really what I wanted to do? It was obvious that I had met an angel in disguise.It’s not every day that you meet a staff who is as kind and caring as the one at Dr. Hensel’s office. The impact they have made in my life is precious. They will be on this tattoo removal journey with me for years to come and I truly look forward to every visit!
