Dr Ciccone has been my Dr for years. When he moved to SC I flew there for my appointments. Now I am in CO and because of the Covid I cant fly so I have my apptmts virtual. Dr Ciccone is the best Cardiologist and the only one I trust.

This doctor is great but his staff is a JOKE If you decide to go with this doctor be prepared for a VERY incompetent staff. They don’t return phone calls even after following up for weeks and weeks. They forget to send in requests for bloodwork and don’t expect follow up calls. You don’t want to mess around with your heart so if you want to feel like you are in good hands keep researching for a place that caresHey Dr. John Ciccone Get a NEW OFFICE STAFF

Dr Ciccone was condescending toward my father and never did anything but listen to his heart after knowing from his medical records that he has Afib. He recommended changing his medication but first wanted blood tests to assure his kidneys could handle the change. We were told after 3 attempts to send lab tests that they never received the results and this was only after we repeatedly called Dr. Ciccone’s office. The only call we ever received was asking for the outstanding copayment. We changed cardiologists.

Horrible answering service ive tried id myself along with trying to tell her how I was referred cut me off..said nope. Not a dr here...I was trying to tell her what I needed for her to know so we could figure out if Im on their docket...just hung up...

Very disappointed in this Doctor. If I could give a 0 to him I would.My mother went as a referral. Came in on his phone wouldnt talk to her because she didnt do a consultation first. Although had a referral from another physician. Stood there during her stress test but wouldnt say anything because she needed a consultation first.Horrible bedside manners and attitude.As a daughter in the healthcare industry for 20 years who worked with some of the best Cardioligists in the world...I would never recommend him.Praying he remembers his passion in his gifts to be kinder and more caring.

If this doctors staff ignores another Dr.s FAX request for clearance for one of Dr. Ciccones patients for over a week causing this patient to have more pain then necessary then his staff is a big problem. A Fax from another Dr. should be a priority. This should not be a decision a STAFF member MA should decide. Patients are there to be treated by Dr. Ciccone not by STAFFeven an MA. SummervilleSC 8420

Dr. Saccone is a fabulous fabulous cardiologist he has been my cardiologist for years now and he’s never once let me down he’s always been respectful and knowledgeable and has helped me.
