Dr. Kalus did my grandsons Rhinoplasty about 15 years old. And I want everyone to know that my grandson’s nose was really messed up. It had been broken twice due to him being in baseball since the age of 3 and he played high school ball. He had a breathing problem that was unreal and his parents became so concerned. He had multiple CT’s which revealed multiple issues. His septum had completely collapsed. Before going to Dr. Kalus we went to 4 other surgeons for consultations. Dr. Kalus was 2 hours away from our home, but it was worth every mile. After seeing Dr. Kalus, we knew he was the best decision. He was so sincere and most of all SO HONEST! Christian was 18 years old and the doctor advised us that he is still growing and that the Rhinoplasty could fail. But due to the severity of his septum, he knew Christian could not breathe. Christian is still doing awesome and it’s been over 15 years! That says a lot about his technique and the quality of a surgeon Dr. Kalus is. He is truly talented.

2 days ago I had a breast augmentation surgery with Dr.Kalus and could not be more happy with the results. Immediately after surgery felt little to no pain at all and was able to walk around. I had a check up the next morning after surgery where Dr.Kalus met with me to check incisions and make sure everything was looking right. I had a whole list of questions to ask him but even before I was able to ask he answered every question I had so simply, and was so informative about post op procedures. I can honestly say that there is not one thing I think can think of that could make me more happier with my breast augmentation. He took the inspiration pictures I sent him and followed it to a T. I cannot be more thankful for Dr.Kalus and his staff that made my experience so amazing and exciting. A huge thanks to Dr.Kalus and his whole team that gave me the confidence I didn’t think i’d ever have.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr. Kalus. I needed a Preventive Double Mastectomy. My body was rejecting one of the tissue expanders and then eventually rejected an implant. I made an appointment with Dr. Kalus to discuss my options. He mentioned a new kind of tissue expander that used carbon dioxide to expand it, not needles and solution. Dr. Kalus was kind and understanding. He told me the risks and benefits. He really wanted me to be happy with the results. Feeling confident in Dr. Kalus’ understanding and passion for the new product I elected to have the new tissue expander surgery. I was the first woman in South Carolina to have the AeroForm Tissue Expander System. The results were amazing! Not only did the tissue expander work but I was eventually able to have a permanent implant put in. I can truly say that the product worked for me and the care I received from Dr. Kalus was amazing. It changed my life. I highly recommend him.

The entire experience was professional and friendly. Dr. Kalus is a treasure. His office staff are amazing, responsive, pro-active. All-around great experience.

I feel the need to leave this review as he has such a great reputation. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I was excited to see this doctor. He had helped many of my friends in the past and his examples are amazing. I got to the appointment and he offered to move my surgery up to the next week. I normally would have seen this a red flag but was willing to overlook it because of his reputation. He examined me and explained that my case would not be covered by insurance. He gave me a quote that was over twice the “standard” rate for this procedure. I had 2 other surgeons provide other opinions, as well as my regular doctor and my insurance company, so I knew this wasn’t true. I walked. They ended up filing with insurance and I got the pre auth but they didn’t respond to my calls or emails until it was too late to continue with the time frame offered by the doctor. Then they said they would call for a December date but never did. The whole experience was disappointing.

I can not express my gratitude and happiness with my results, treatment and the talent from ALL of Dr. Kalus' staff. Thank you so much!

I had my implants by Dr. Kalus when I turned 30. I am now 54 and I am sure at some point I will need to 'update' my implants. I cannot tell you how satisfied I have been since day one. He is an excellent surgeon and I would travel to him if I ever decide to do any other procedures. Hands down.

Dr. Rowin and his staff are amazing!! I would give them 100 stars if I could. The office is warm and welcoming and the staff is friendly and very kind. I am so impressed with the results from the multiple procedures I've had here and would highly recommend Dr. Rowin to anyone! His work is absolutely amazing and so inconspicuous that even my friends didn't realize I had had work done but knew that all of a sudden I looked dramatically more amazing ;)I will never go to any other doctor! Thank you so much Dr. Rowin!!

Dr. Kalus did what I didn't think possible: he was able to perform a breast lift without implants that kept my breasts the same size yet took years of pregnancy and nursing off. The staff is amazing, Dr. Kalus answered all of my questions and called me right after the surgery to check on me. I wish I had done this years ago- my breasts have never looked so good!
