I found this operation to be a meat market and only focused on Surgical Operations as a metric and not patient after care nor rehab performance. It would be very difficult to use this firm for me

Extremely professional. He genuinely listens and cares about his patients. He took his time and explained everything that was going on. His personality was very warm and comfortable. Great place .very accommodating Had an MRI and did everything they could to make me feel at ease . Dr Frisch takes time to talk to your. Recommend highly .

This was my first impression of Southeastern spine institute. I was pleased that since its a 2hour drive for us I was able to do a telemedicine visit. Dr Frisch seemed friendly attentive and knowledgeable. So that was good.However my appointment was at 900 a.m. and to make a long story short I waited on hold until 1015 a.m.. Yes the entire time And if that wasnt obnoxious enough when the doctor finally appeared there was no mention of my having had to hold for an astonishing amount of time or even so much as an apology. It was as if it all magically never happened.That may have been the last straw. Not interested in signing up for that.
