Robert Ishak's Online Review Report Card

The people wrote negative reviews - thank-you for validating my experience with Robert Ishak. Not patient centered. Self-involved to an extreme. Very attentive in demeanor. However, in reality, his own issues overshadow his ability to be your advocate. In other words, don’t offer a different opinion from his. Don’t ask for anything. Either feed his ego, above all else, or you will be dismissed. It took me five visits with none of my reasonable requests being addressed to understand him. Someone used the word “conceited” and this is what they meant. I won’t go into detailed incidents but you would be appalled. Find someone genuine and denuinelymfor and with you.

Dr Ishak is excellent. He listens to my concerns and needs. He makes recommendations to other health care professions if needed. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ishak has always been very pleasant at every appointment I’ve ever had with him. I will admit that the administrative staff is sometimes hard to deal with however, over the course of the past year, I unfortunately had a slew of different issues going on and Dr. Ishak was extremely thorough with each and every one of them. I also liked that he asked if I would be “open” to certain treatments for some of my problems, allowing me to be a part of my treatment plan. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a provider!

Dr. Ishak seemed annoyed the whole time that I was there. He had other patients at the time, but it's not an excuse to treat people like they're a burden and second-class patients. I believe that my insurance works just as well as the other elite patients that he was seeing at the time. If Dr. Ishak is burned out, maybe he should look into another career.

Extremely conceited! This guy is a jerk! Eight years of college can't teach someone to be a decent human being. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy

I've been a Dr. Ishak's patient since I moved to the Fallston/Bel Air area of Harford County almost five years ago. I'm 77 years old and I've found Dr. Ishak to be caring, highly effective and efficient. He never rushes me through an appointment and he is a great listener. I highly recommend him. More, his office staff is courteous and efficient.

I have normally been fine with Dr. Ishak's office. However, just recently his administrative staff was awful to deal with. I was supposed to have an appointment yesterday for a follow-up visit and I just recently had surgery. However, I accidentally didn't confirm on the auto-dialer. The staff at the office took it as a cancelation even though I deliberately called back to confirm. The clerk didnt return my call and instead canceled my appointment and even acknowledged this. Staff is rude.

I could not be more satisfied with Dr. Ishak. Great listener, answered all my questions. Called me the same day with my results. Extremely pleased.

Very kind, professional, and thorough. Dr. Ishak found several things that were undetected for years by my other doctors and he treated me successfully, I'm very grateful.
